You read that right! Stupid Rad Merch Co is now looking for a motivated individual who embodies what we are all about.
We are currently located In Salem, WI (Southeast Wisconsin) and are looking for someone to join our team to help efficiencies in the shop. We are looking for a full time employee (35-40 hours) who is looking for flexibility and learning the screen printing process (reclamation, setup, printing) as well as dye sublimation and order fulfillment.
Some of your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Screen reclamation
Screen exposure and setup
Learning and excelling in the manual and automatic process of screen printing
Learning dye sublimation printing
Inventory webstore and reprint low quantities
Shop upkeep
Printing for the Stupid Rad brand and events
Preparing for events and helping at events
Pay will be based on experience and how quick you can learn to work on your own. This is the first time we have EVER looked for full time help. We recently purchased new equipment we are hoping to learn with you. The process will be new to us as well so we can all learn at the same pace.
Hours would be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm but are always open to flexibility and we are really hoping to find someone that has the passion we have for music and artists.
